1. My name is Charllotte Dufegha, I live in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. I’ve been battling with a heart condition (left ventricular hypertrophy), asthma and diabetes, the heart condition makes me collapse now and then with seizures. I am seeing both a cardiologist and a neurologist currently. I have been given a new set of meds that I cannot afford because i am financially inept for now, I lost my job since November last year.
